Most people believe their inner critic is a single voice. In reality, it often wears many different masks. Sometimes it shows up as perfectionism. Sometimes it shows up as self-doubt. Sometimes it looks like people-pleasing, overworking, guilt, or harsh self-criticism.
While these patterns may seem different on the surface, they all stem from the same place: a lack of trust in ourselves.
Your Inner Critic is not your enemy. It's a protective part of you that developed for a reason.

The first step toward change is awareness. The second is learning a new way to relate to yourself.

The Destroyer attacks self-worth directly through harsh criticism, shame, and negative self-talk.
